Le Mans - Circuit de la Sarthe

The 24 Hours of Le Mans (French: 24 Heures du Mans) is an iconic endurance sports car race held annually near Le Mans, France. Recognised as one of the world's most prestigious races, it forms part of the Triple Crown of Motorsport, alongside the Monaco Grand Prix and the Indianapolis 500.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is held at the Circuit de la Sarthe, which spans a distance of 13.626 km (8.467 mi). This endurance race lasts for 24 hours. The first race took place in 1923, and the most recent race was in 2024. The driver with the most wins is Tom Kristensen, with nine victories, while Porsche holds the record for the most manufacturer wins, with 19.

I have not found out why the track was so white.
