Iceland 2017

Ann and I set off from Stansted Airport to Reykjavik, a two and a half hour flight (2354 miles) across the North Atlantic Ocean.  We could see the snowy land as we approached passing of Sveitarfelagio Olfus, Grindavikurbaer, Hafnarfjorour, Sveitarfelagio Vogar, the Greenland Sea, Reykjavik, Sveitarfelagio Garour  before landing at Keflavik International Airport.  The airport is 45 minutes bus ride from Reykjavik. We had planned to arrive a few days earlier before joining the Wild Photography group.  We had arranged a comfortable jeep tour taking us along the South coast and the Golden Triangle before setting off west to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula with the group.
