Flowers and insects

I had been looking for a poppy field in Shropshire and at last I found one, near Pim Hill on the Ellsmere road.  There was an interesting tree on the road that looked like a jockey on a horse.The poppies have began to come into flower but in a few days I am sure there will be a More solid red carpet of flowers. Attingham Park walled garden had some interesting plants and insects.
