Dendrolimano

We set off for dinner at Dendrolimano (meaning tree by the harbour). Marianne was an expert on the Negroni aperitif, it is made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. She did not specify how large the third was! The food was excellent and enhanced by the charming settling, especially as there was a full-moon.
